"The increase in telecommuting and in flextime has fueled many stories about the growing openness of labor arrangements. But these two developments are not the tip of a new labor iceberg; they are the whole iceberg. In other areas, working arrangements are steadily becoming LESS rather than more flexible. (REASON) This article focuses on the fact that the Dept. of Labor needs to change regulations to catch up with the growing trend of flexible work arrangements.
